His Holiness the Dalai Lama speaking at the University of Oregon in May, 2013 said:

Sunriver, OR. The above pictures were taken at Sunset August 2006. The spheres of light showed up when the digital pictures were downloaded. They prove, I think, that the eye does not see everything. There are dimensions that are unseen. Recently in the Medford Mail Tribune a picture was shown that was taken in a cemetery in October 2013 in Jacksonville, OR with thousands of spheres.
