There is something everyone wants and needs.  There is no cost involved in giving it, no shopping, no ordering on line; no wondering if it is too little or too much.   It is not limited to who you are, who they are, what you look like or what they look like. It’s not dependent on status, how much money you have or don’t have. It does not depend on ethnicity, religion, or sexual preference.  It is something however that is stingily guarded. It is special to receive it and given to few and rarely. But it IS a gift you can give! 

What is it? Acceptance 

Everyone wants to feel accepted, to be welcomed. If you realize you are avoiding someone; shunning or judging them, decide to change your mind and accept them.  Give the Gift of Acceptance to everyone you see or think about. Even if that someone is no longer in body form, send acceptance.  In accepting them you accept yourself.  You are accepting parts of yourself you have rejected. You are choosing peace.  It is a Christmas gift to them and to you.

Tell them in the quiet of your mind:  “I give you my acceptance. I do not reject or judge you.  You are OK just as you are.” You could even write a note or say it.  But say it to yourself in your heart. “I accept this one.”   It is something everyone wants at their core, don’t you?

And it is important to know and realize: you are totally acceptable. Whether you think others accept you or not, know that you are innocent and perfect in the eyes of Love! You are loved and accepted…..Now!

Merry Christmas – Choose Acceptance

“Dream softly of your sinless brother, who unites with you in holy innocence.
